Susan Horning, BBA, CHT, ERYT offers classes in breathwork, meditation, and yoga. Short online sessions can be great for breaks between 30-60 minutes and provide an opportunity to alleviate stress, stretch and strengthen the body, as well as rest and relaxation for the mind. Many people find that their productivity and work satisfaction is enhanced by these accessible sessions. Options available for modified seated/standing work only or mat classes.
Susan also offer seminars on the use of whole plants, emphasizing dietary choices including herbs and delicious teas to enhance wellbeing. Adaptogens are a class of plants that help the body cope with stress, and are an effective and safe way to enhance energy levels and wellbeing. Nervous system relaxants can be used to support sleep and to lower levels of stress and anxiety. Through a seminar or series, participants can learn effective, safe and easy ways to use herbs and supplements to bring more balance to their lives at work and at home.

30-60 minute Online Yoga Session:This session is suitable for short work breaks to refresh and rejuvenate body and mind. Each session begins with breathwork, and includes stretches and matwork (optional) as well as a closing mindfulness and meditation session.
90 minute Holistic Seminar (Online or in-person):Discover ways to harness the power of plants! Whole plant food and medicine is the most natural way to improve your health and wellbeing. Learn about the key actions of medicinal plants - nervines, adaptogens, carminatives, antiinflammatories and antimicrobials and how they can be used for prevention and recovery at home.
Half Day Holistic Seminar 9-12 or 1-3 p.m. (Online or in-person): Discover ways to prepare whole plants at home and learn the ways that plants improve your health and wellbeing. Learn key actions of medicinal plants, how to prepare and use them safely, and the benefits of long term integration of plants into your diet. Samples and taste testing of plants included.
Full Day Holistic Seminar 9 - 4 p.m. (Online or in-person): Discover ways to prepare whole plants at home and learn the ways that plants improve your health and wellbeing. Learn key actions of medicinal plants, how to prepare and use them safely, and the benefits of long term integration of plants into your diet. Samples and taste testing of plants are included as well as preparation demonstrations and monographs for 5 key medicinal plants. Begin the day with morning mindfulness meditation and enjoy a refreshing yoga class before the afternoon begins.
